Red wine aged for twelve months in American oak barrels.

40% Tempranillo, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot y 10% Syrah.

Sight: A clean, clear, full-bodied wine. Dark cherry red in colour with hints of purple, the wine does not show signs of age and still reveals its youth.

Smell: Clean and intense on the nose with notes of ripe black fruit (blackberries and redcurrants), fruit liqueur and sweet notes from the American oak in which it has aged before agitation. The aromas of black and red fruit combined with dark roasted balsamic tones, chocolate and white coffee together with light mineral notes come to the fore with agitation.

Taste: This is undoubtedly a complex, extremely fruity wine with well-balanced woody notes. Poweful with long-lasting on the palate with strong, sweet, meaty tannins and perfectly balanced acidity which offers freshness and highlights the presence of ripe fruit. Intense, complex and fruity finish.

Finish: Very pleasant, lingering aftertaste. Ideal to enjoy now or in the coming months.

Serving suggestions:  Specially recommended as an accompaniment to red meat, cured cheeses and casseroles.

Serving temperature: Serve between 16º – 18°C.
